Love these bikes
Got one for myself and liked it so much got another one for my wife! We have travelled with them and also ridden them around our town. The tires went flat originally from a thorn so we slimed all the tires and havent had an issue since.

Very good ebike, I like it a lot though it didn't come with instructions on how to turn it on it took me a day to figure it out because it's my first time owning an ebike. It's fast and comfortable enough, just have to adjust the seat and stuff.

People notice this bike in public!
Packaging could be better but customer service is responsive. So hopefully its addressed. Overall im very happy. Bike is powerful and the epas really works well. Charge lasts for over 40 miles for me due to the hills and e-pas. And its quality made.
Update....many upgrades are available if you email the company directly. After 100 miles, i feel like this bike is better than advertised. I look forward to adding and upgrading my bike, but make no mistake that the base model is a beast and a steal.
