Great bike , had to adjust breaks a bit but all set now. Easy to put together and built well . Waiting on bag and lock to ship since I bought on Amazon.com.

Ordered two of them as we had to downsize from 450 lb scooters love the smoothness of the ride the easiness of the battery removal putting it together with fairly easy as long as you follow the guidelines correctly we live on a trail so putting the grandchildren on the hook up on the back was really simple and they love riding with us as well can't wait for better weather to get out more often on these beauties also get lots of compliments on how sharp looking the bikes are we got the blue one

Seriously can't express how helpful this has been! I am in college and don't have a car, so this is my main mode of transportation. My apartment is a 10-minute drive from campus, and without the bike, I would have to walk an hour to get to my classes. With the bike, it takes me about 7 minutes! I attached a bin on the back, which is extremely helpful when getting groceries.
I do have a few suggestions: to integrate a tracking device or an app so that you can always find it and track it-- in case of an innocent or even if it is included in the warranty. My bike has been stolen three times, different bikes, and is a reoccurring issue. Sadly, it did not prevent theft, even with hidden Airtags, Tiles, alarms, and heavy-duty locks. This isn't the norm, though; I'm on a college campus, so bike theft is everywhere. Additionally, I have a hefty kryptonite lock, and it does strip some paint if you just attach it while riding.
Generally, this has helped me during my college experience; thank you!!

Awesome bike highly recommend
I got my bike, and was amazed that it was assembled at about 85% took it out of the box did a few things to it and wrote it down the street. My brother and I live close together and we ride often. He’s got a 500. I’ve got a 750. We’re looking for a bike rack right now, so we can expand our horizons but this is an awesome bike, I highly recommend it to anyone and looking for an electric bike. There’s so many ways to waste your money and so many choices I made a bad one a few times.
