    According to our real-world test, the X9 can reach up to 23 mp - 29 mph for both pedal assist and throttle.

    We are sorry the seat on the X9 can't be adjusted, it's fixed.

    We have a non-original but universal charger here that is suitable for X9. It is designed to work with a variety of devices and can efficiently charge your X9 without any problems. Despite not being an official charger, it is made with quality materials and follows a standard charging protocol to ensure the safety of your device. Its compact design makes it easy to carry around, perfect for when you're on the go.

    Due to the different protocol between the twist throttle and the thumb throttle, sorry the twist throttle is not compatible with the X9.

    Please try to set P5 to 0-9.

    Good Value

    So far we have put approx 100 miles on them.

    We mainly use in the neighboorhood and go for a 1/2 ride several days a week. They seem very nice for what we use them for. I like the bench seat. We can get them up around 25-27 mph which is plenty fast enough for us. We like the moped style and this bike has nice looking rims and fat tires which makes it feel stable. One of them arrived with several big scratches and customer service was quick to respond.

    We will see how they hold up a year or two down the road but so far they are perfect for us. I looked for over a month and probably looked at 50 different types. With the sale price we feel we got the best value

    A legit review! For real!

    I’m not an “influencer” who gets a garage full of e-bikes free of charge to ride around with a camera and act entertaining.

    I bought and paid for my bike with my hard earned money.

    The X9 for whatever reason hasn’t gotten a lot of reviews or comments so I’m happy to share my experience with you.

    I’m a “boomer” and the X9 reminded me of the Honda 50 scooter of the 1960’s when I was a kid. I wanted one so bad and finally I discovered the X9 at a heck of a price, so I popped for one. It arrived with a broken taillight and the hydraulic brakes needed bleeding and adjusting. I emailed Eahora and, as is typical with all of these companies, they wanted to see photos and videos of the problems, which I sent. I emailed with “Caesar” who assured me they would take responsibility. I was given the choice of getting it repaired locally (and getting reimbursed) or returning the bike (which was now sold out due to a truly exceptional sale price) I wanted to keep the bike so I opted for getting it repaired locally. Caesar got me reimbursed and gave me some accessories for the inconvenience.

    The bike itself is great. It has many features found on bikes in the $1500-1800 price point. Dual suspension, color display, hydraulic brakes, big comfortable saddle, thumb drive throttle (which I love) I paid half that price and it came in 5 days to Minnesota. Of course, it was unfortunate that it arrived with some things that needed repair but this is not uncommon with bikes that travel across the…

    Way more fun than it should be!

    I got this to get myself out of the house and exercising. I sold my exercise bike (that I never used) to get it. There hasn’t been a day yet that I haven’t ridden this. It also has my family getting out with me too!

    Packaging: It’s pretty well packaged. There were some scuffs on the stickers on the frame from the cardboard box that the parts came in rubbing it, but overall it arrived in great shape. 4.5 ⭐️s

    Assembly: Assembly consisted of putting on the handlebars, fenders, front wheel. Not hard at all, but you may need a second person to help hold it up. 5 ⭐️s

    Style: I LOVE the moped style bike. THIS is moped style. What a lot of other companies sell are minibike style e-bikes that they say are moped style. The other bikes look strange to me. This one looks awesome. I really love the beefy frame and mag style wheels. I added a sissy bar and luggage rack and I think it compliments the style. 5 ⭐️s

    Seat: The seat style. I am a big guy. I’m working on losing weight, but right now I’m 286lbs. I’ve had bad luck in the past with traditional bike seats not being able to be tightened up enough and they slide down or flop forwards or backwards from my weight. This style is fixed so I don’t have to worry about that. Plus it’s well padded, even for my weight. 4.75 ⭐️s

    Power: Even with my weight this thing goes 25mph on the top end. It pulls well and accelerates great for a 750w motor. I WANT a little more powder because I like fast things, but I don’t NEED more power. 😂 It’s an…
