In celebration of Eahora 3rd anniversary, we host an eBike giveaway to provide 2 lucky riders with one of our 2022 best model -- Urban. We were overwhelmed by the heartfelt words, pictures and videos you shared. Each story touched our hearts deeply. We'd like to sincerely thank each of you for your story. I need to buy an entire set of the upgraded version dual piston hydrolic break set that only use either dot 3 or do 4 fluid and including the right and left levers as well as the front and rear hoses plus front and rear 240 mm rotors everything I"m seeking here must be specific to replace the very same setup as I have on my Romeo Pro 2 E bike. I do not see the same set in the advertised areas of Eahora Canada and need to view them as such before I can make this actual right purchase and this has become such a time consuming issue along side of so much confusion it’s been creating for me which has become extremely exhausting over the past several weeks including going without the use of my bike do to all these combined seriously frustrating issues I hope you understand me very well as this has to be answered to with all due respect after all we are the customers who paid out a few thousand dollars to Eahora for our Romeo Pro 2 E Bikes as well expected that Eahora maintain customer loyalty and would certainly help if Eahora Canada provides us customers with a full version factory parts manual as well as factory service manual as aposed to a scattered about online manual which is by far the main point for causes of all to much conflicts and confusions being created .
Please respect the constructive based for this criticism when it’s owed to you at Eahora and by rights we the customers deserve to be treated far greater then I personally have been so far left ignored and or getting no straight answers and some misleading answers that created a break failure almost costing me my life as a result and I can back my words up about that very serious issue if need I find there being no other recourse to settle these issues out of court .
