    FAQ & Reviews

    The brightness of the display is not adjustable. We'd recommend you try to adjust its position (by rotating the display bracket more vertically) to tune the readability under sunlight.

    It's no more difficult to handle on riding than other 45-70 lbs bikes while it's harder to walk home or lift for storage/ transport.

    You can, but do not have to. The lithium battery allows charging it after every ride to stay in full or charge after runs out. Both of these charging preferences will not shorten the lifespan (or reduce the charging cycles) of it. But for long-term storage (winter or other situations,) 40-60 percent charged and check&recharge monthly is the best.

    Many customers may think Juliet is a female bike with first sight to the step-through frame and BMX handlebar bike. But in our original design, Juliet is a good workhorse for customers who spend a lot of time through the streets. Obviously, the step-thru frame is the most practical design for frequently getting off and back on it, the wider BMX handlebar is easier to handle and more comfortable for long-lasting rides.

    Our Juliet is IP65 for outdoor use. You can ride it in the rain but should park it under the roof if it rains.

    It's everything as advertised.

    This bike is awesome. It's got plenty of power to accelerate up the steep hills in the town I live in without a running start, which I can't do. I NEVER have to worry about running out of battery. 20-30 miles is easy, and you still have tons of battery left. Top speed is around 32 mph. The only thing to be aware of is: this bike is heavy, and so is the battery. (I take it out when I go shopping or to church.)

    Heavy Long Distance Hauler

    The giant battery and thick steal frame result in an extremely heavy (116 lbs) bike that I can't lift onto the bike rack on the front of the bus even if I remove the battery (88 lbs). I bought the Juliet mainly for hauling large (50 lbs) weekly supermarket loads and for going on long (50 miles out then 50 miles back) scenic trips to places I visited with my parents and camp when I was young. At $1400 total cost the Juliet has great value. I have only ridden ~100 miles so I will write an extensive review when I hit 1000 miles before the end of 2024.

    AWESOME

    Day one took bike for 70 mile or 112 km around the lake. Got home still had plenty of battery 🔋 life left. The bike came packed superbly no damage in shipping. Just seems like a overall well built bike unlike others I've looked over. One tip I can give you is to take off tire and checkout the rim bands one of mine was a little bunched up and could have caused a flat but was caught. Of course yours may be just fine. And the guys and girls over at customer service get back to you quick and answer questions you may have. Love this bike wish I could give 10 stars... you need to buy this bike.

    Excellent

    The Juliet is definitely worth the $ if your interested in having plenty of range and not have to be stressing about making it back from your trip. The bike is very well made and very sturdy. I weigh 145lbs and I manage to get the bike up to 35mph. Definitely recommend it and very glad I purchased the Juliet instead of any other ebike I was considering for the price range. For about the same $ other bike would only be advertised to a max of about 35 - 50 miles. This bike does double that range and possibly more depending on how and where you ride. 👍👍🤙

    Juliet speed

    Juliet is an amazing bike, refined in every detail. Riding it is pure pleasure. And the range, what the manufacturer says is 100% true. The best thing about Juliet is the sound of the engine, which revs up like a Boeing taking off. Everyone has to look. I recommend buying it for this price, it is literally a revelation!!!
