I have been enjoy Juliet. Beware there is a learning curve. It may be best to start with a less powerful e bike for your first ebike. I have 250,000 miles of experience on regular bikes but e bikes have more things to keep track of power level settings etc and on the road in motion it can be too much in technical terrain

My wife first thought hers was slower than mine, but quickly realized the power of the juliet pro 2 was in line with my Romeo Pro 2. Love it so far.
so far so good this bike has exceeded my expectation. It has so much torque and power navigating through the hills in my area. I love the fact that it encourage me to go outside and more and be more active.. this bike comes in two different packages so it looks like Christmas all over again as an adult male of almost 50 I was so excited to open it immediately very easy to put together. It comes with everything you need. I did not have to go into my tool set to complete this build definitely will recommend this bike.
The 52v 70ah battery gets you to 40mph in no time. The dual motor mode has ridiculous torque and in turn acceleration is outstanding. The bikes suspension is amazing and able to handle potholes at 40 mph no problem. The bike has a very solid build. This is definitely more of an e-moto\e-scooter than an e-bike. I love this bike and would definitely recommend it.
Also, I have dealt with customer service for a few spare parts and I have to say they have been on top of responding to my emails. They are in China so there is a time delay for your emails. Once you understand that and adjust your expectation of when you receive a response email, everything works out perfectly. Eahora in my experience is a wonderful company to deal with.
