I finally got my Juliet Pro-2 in June 2026 and I love it. The bike arrived in brand new perfect condition and easy to assemble. eAhora eBikes have a big name in the eBike community and is why I researched the Juliet Pro-2, and purchased it (thank you Bella -Sales Rep). This eBike is very fast (50+MPH) and has enormous battery range and excellent battery management. It has 240NM of motor torque power and gets me up the steepest hills here in Texas at 47MPH with no problem. Removing the speed limit puts me at a max speed of 53MPH on flat roads with serious torque behind each throttle twist. The dual hub motors are "planetary geared" hub motors which explains the super immense torque this eBike has (awesome). Geared hub motors produce superior torque that brushless hub motors cannot deliver. I highly recommend the Juliet Pro-2 for anyone thinking of owning one. But beware, this eBike is very powerful, made for adults and it's an absolute BEAST!

I did have a crash and needed a few replacement parts, but Eahora’s customer service made it easy. I was able to purchase the parts quickly and get the bike back up and running like new with their help. Communication was smooth and support was responsive the whole way.
Overall, I’m very happy with the bike and the after-sales service. I’d definitely recommend it
