    FAQ & Reviews

    Cupid seat height is 32.7", we recommend rider height at 5'7" - 6'4" (170cm - 195cm), so Cupid will definitely fit you.

    While all electric components are designed to be waterproof with an IP65 rating, we don't recommend riding in heavy rain for optimal safety and performance.

    Please remember the code on your keys when you receive it. If you lose both of the keys, tell us the code, we will make a new key for you.

    If you prefer throttle only mode, Cupid can support about 60 miles per charge, you may need to charge every 2 days. If you use pas mode, you can go 100 miles, then you need to charge every 3 days.

    I love my bike but...

    I purchased the cupid is right about a year ago, what can I say tires tires tires. If you buy this bike and make sure you put new tires on it the day you get it the tires did not fit they came off while I was riding several times front and rear it took about 3 months before I finally got to ride it. After that what a great bike it's a workhorse it'll easily pull 300 lb and it'll go all day on one charge. I truly do love this bike!

    Very good camping ebike.

    This bike is amazing for bringing anything I want on the long trip. I love how easy and comfortable it is to ride in any condition. Very powerful motor that I am still getting used to. If there is an improvement I would recommend would.be to make the headlight smaller to fit the rack. The position of headlight is not ideal but it is workable. Overall I give it an A+ for its functionality, style, and comfort.

    Love the bike and excellent customer service!

    We've only ridden our bikes about 20 miles so far, but the battery level has hardly dropped at all, I love that!! I had to email customer service twice for minor issues, and both times the issues were resolved very quickly.

    I wish it had a USB outlet somewhere, or an easy way to add one.
