Different models of Eahora electric bikes have different error detection systems integrated into the display and controller. If your e-bike shows an error code, Eahora recommends stopping and avoiding the e-bike until the error is resolved. The error codes don't cover everything that can go wrong, but they do cover quite a few things. In case they pop up in front of you, you should know what they mean and how to troubleshoot them.

I had to run through deep puddles and everything went dim then died got error 30 now if I put the battery back in the headlight come on but the system does not,and the smell of electric wires burning so I had to walk it home with the battery strapped to my seat so my question is can this Juliette 1 be saved or is it toast , I can’t believe this happened i thought it was water proof. Recently purchased a brand new controller and new throttle. Installed the controller/throttle. The bike worked for a couple of days but now getting 05 Error Code. Have tried everything but the bike is not working. Please help me fix this problem.

Just got my pro 2 Romeo and I got the error code 5. Did all the checks and still nothing. How long do I have to wait for a replacement if I even get any at all. Not sure what to do.
