To help you better assess your budget, all prices listed include shipping costs and taxes, meaning that the displayed price is the total amount you will need to pay. Additionally, please understand that prices for the same product may vary across countries due to differences in taxes, shipping costs, and labor expenses.

 

Please note:

1. Currently, our website only accepts payments in US Dollars. Your order will be automatically converted into US Dollar payment based on the real-time exchange rate.

2. The reference exchange rate displayed on this page is 1 USD ≈ 0.91 € (as of Mar 4, 2024).

We accept all major credit cards. All of our transactions are handled on a secure server using bank-grade encryption. Payments can be handled through trusted third parties like Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

In-stock orders ship within 2 business day after payment. Pre-sale orders please check out product pages for the latest shipping information.

Our limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. We will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.

The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 15 days of delivery via service@eahoraebike.com. Return request submitted 15 days after the delivery date will not be approved. Damage to the outer packaging is not equal to item issues. Due to the uncertainty of delivery and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the outer packaging. We advise the customer to claim with the carrier as soon as the customer finds any damage to the outer package. Restocking fees will still be charged based on the item conditions.
