Eahora 'Out of Office, Into the Wild' Photo & Video Challenge

Close the laptop, silence the notifications, and ride into the wild. Share an authentic Out of Office Moment with your Eahora—from an after-work park ride to a weekend trail, lakeside escape, scenic overlook, campground, or outdoor adventure with family and friends. Approved submissions can earn Smile points and may be featured on the official Eahora website and social channels.

Submission period: August 15–September 1, 2026.

Review results will be sent no later than September 1, 2026. Participants must provide any missing Eahora member account details within 48 hours of receiving the notice. Points will be credited within three business days after the required information is confirmed.

The challenge is open to Eahora eBike owners who can provide valid order information.

• Submit 1–5 original pieces of content featuring your Eahora during an outdoor ride.

Photos must be clear, properly lit, and show the Eahora eBike clearly. A rider in the photo is encouraged but not required.

• Videos must be longer than 20 seconds and clearly show the Eahora eBike in an authentic riding setting. Each eligible video counts as one premium photo submission.
• Duplicate source material is not allowed. Re-edits, split clips, screenshots from a submitted video, or frames that are highly similar to submitted photos will count only once.
• Include a short caption telling us where you rode, who joined you, or how the ride helped you switch into Out of Office mode.

Email entry: Send your photos or videos, order number, Eahora member account email, and short caption to service@eahoraebike.com.

Social entry: Post on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or the Eahora Facebook Group and include #EahoraOutOfOffice #IntoTheWild #EahoraeBike.

Tag the relevant official account: Instagram @eahora_official, TikTok @eahoraofficial, or Facebook @Eahora.

After posting, send the post link, your order number, and your Eahora member account email by direct message to an official Eahora account or by email to service@eahoraebike.com. Do not share order information in a public post.

If your social account is private, you can just share your contents below,the entry can be reviewed too.

• 1,000 Smile points for each eligible standard photo
• 1,500 Smile points for each photo featuring you and your Eahora eBike together in an eligible outdoor setting; photo reward tiers cannot be combined
• 1,500 Smile points for each eligible video longer than 20 seconds; each video counts as one premium photo submission, and duplicate source material is not allowed
• Up to 5,000 Smile points per rider; 50,000-point total pool, awarded by valid submission time until exhausted
• The total event pool is 50,000 Smile points. Points are awarded according to the submission time of valid entries until the 50,000-point pool is exhausted.

Agreement to Rules:

Prizes:

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Eahora. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eahora’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Eahora to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Eahora, anyone acting on behalf of Eahora, and Eahora’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions:

Eahora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Eahora’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, Eahora may select the winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Eahora, if appropriate. Eahora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Eahora has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the promotion, to void votes for any reason.

Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Eahora and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the promotion and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
