I've clocked over 800 miles on all kinds of terrain. This bike performs perfectly. Steep mountain roads are no problem. It is heavy so bear that in mind for trail riding. It definitely goes 34mph with both motors on the flats with a full battery. At 40% power it will go about 28mph with flat terrain with no wind. It does handle the wind pretty well but any winds above 20mph will slow it down. A tail wind however is magnificent. With the weight of the bike it actually helps a lot.
It has a light sensing headlight and night visibility is excellent. This model actually has cruise control which is set by the hand throttle so you can lock in any speed and just cruise. I only recommend that in flat terrain. Just like with a vehicle if it's used in a lot of uphill the battery will drain faster.
Speaking of the battery, I've gone 114 miles riding mostly full electric, all terrain. Including climbing more than 1,000ft vertical. My longest single ride was 50.3 miles and I climbed 1968 ft, some of it pretty steep and I never lost confidence in the dual motors or the battery. Make sure not to hold the breaks when traveling down hill. They can handle high temps but will wear faster.
This bike also has adjustable rear suspension which I really like. It's easy to adjust, you can do it by hand.
