My pedde assist was intermittent, and when I contacted the eahora team they immediately sent the parts out to fix them. I had two people on my case determining what I needed. Brilliant customer care. The bike is amazing well worth the money, if your hesitant, don't be. Just buy it, you won't regret it!

Rabies Romeo Ultra II

I so wanted to give this 5 stars and more!!! So here’s my issue. I love everything about this e-bike except that the forks connection is a bit scary when riding over 40 to 50 mph. There’s too much play there. Services people were very nice and sent me a video on how to resolve this problem. I took out a lot of the play in it but still not satisfied. I wish they could’ve just sent the bike out with it already connected properly. I’ll take it to a bike shop and let them handle this issue. Other than that , this bike is more than I expected it to be.
