Perfect customer service experience
I must start by saying that if it was not for one customer service representative at Eahora I would not have persevered to see the recent victory in getting my damaged out of the box from early November '25 up and running like the machines they are designed to be. I knew the bikes potential but that only carries so much. The absolute difference maker in this long but worth it adventure is Leah in their customer service department. Her steadfast approach with awesome communication skills established from the start to her diligence with diagnostic steps and efficient bridge between her and the technicians allowed for parts to be readily available for shipment to me to find remedy. This representative was the best I've ever witnessed at doing these tasks simultaneously and she was always positive and encouraging to me, frequently upset and with fleeting hope. Her patience with myself and the process is why this is being submitted eagerly by your customer and she deserves the credit for not only this repair, but for saving the sale as well. You all might want to consider a recognized promotion for this invaluable part of your staff. Thank you from the bottom of my grateful heart Leah.
