Our limited 1-YEAR warranty covers all Eahora bikes. All components and parts are promised zero material, quality, and workmanship defective. We will provide replacement item(s) for free if there's such issue(s) to find during the warranty period.
The Warranty Period begins (no need to register) upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period.

Easy to replace
I have had to be in constant communication with Genevie & team for numerous replacement parts. Still not done yet. They have been excellent in sending me everything that I need to get the bike up and running. It was really damaged from Fed Ex delivery throwing the package around due to weight.
Works well, although in California I would have preferred a 750 W motor. 1000W is no longer considered a legal ebike. Have not been able to ride much yet with the new motor, controller and battery, due to rain. Thanks for your support for this 2020 X7!
