It all worked out in the end but it took a long time to get the controller I needed. Abour 7 weeks.
I had a lot of comunications with an Eahora staff person (Jerry) and that was very helpful. He stayed on it. I bought another ebike early on once I realized getting the controller was going to be a while. I guess because the controller was in China - a long way from USA, Michigan. I was so happy when I finally got the controler for my Epus ebike I like very much. Installing the controller was fairly easy too, once it got here. I have 4,700 miles on that Epus bike, so I ride a lot. Anway, it all worked out in the end. I bought a two year warranty off Amazon Asurion when I bought the ebike - so now I need to follow up on that. The only reason I took one star off is the long wait for the part to get here. Some of that may have been the carrier's fault.
