We do not offer trade-ins at this time. Customers can look for other sources of used disposal, but we do offer additional discounts for repeat customers.

We have an extra 15Ah battery available for purchase and you can add it to P5 II to expand your bike range. But the second battery is not compatible with P5 II

Great news! All Eahora ebikes are equipped with a convenient Sport Mode feature. This means that even if your battery runs out during your ride or if you simply want to enjoy the exhilaration of manual cycling for exercise, you can effortlessly switch to this mode. In Sport Mode, your ebike functions just like a regular bike, giving you the freedom and flexibility to pedal with ease. So whether it's for fitness or when you need that extra boost, our ebikes have got you covered.

To ensure your Eahora ebike arrives in pristine condition, we take extra care in packaging. As a result, most of our ebikes are shipped at 85% assembly, requiring only minimal effort on your part. You'll simply need to attach the front wheels, handlebars, and pedals, which can easily be done with the tools and instructional videos that we provide. No need to worry about purchasing any additional tools – we've got you covered with everything you need for a seamless assembly process.

GOOD BIKE

It's a very good bike. The company has to rewrite their description for the P5. Originally they described it as having Hydraulic brakes. The P5 does not come from the factory with hydraulic brakes. It also doesn't get anywhere near the claimed 68 miles even with the lowest level PAS. That said, I had no illusions and there is no range anxiety as it functions very well as just a pedal bike. Be aware that this is a well made bike, as such it's HEAVY. Over all after I added the hydraulic Brakes at the company's expense(I paid for shipping, and I also installed them myself) This is a well made user friendly Bike. The manual contradicts some of the company's claims so I don't see why they just don't Represent the actual Specs from the outset. Conclusion; I'm not disappointed and feel confident in the purchase. Eahora Tech, Not so good.
