Rabies Romeo Ultra II

I so wanted to give this 5 stars and more!!! So here’s my issue. I love everything about this e-bike except that the forks connection is a bit scary when riding over 40 to 50 mph. There’s too much play there. Services people were very nice and sent me a video on how to resolve this problem. I took out a lot of the play in it but still not satisfied. I wish they could’ve just sent the bike out with it already connected properly. I’ll take it to a bike shop and let them handle this issue. Other than that , this bike is more than I expected it to be.

Terrific Performance

I bought the bike at the end of April; with a battery issue. Customer Service addressed the issue by keeping in touch everyday with updates as to when the new battery would be delivered. In the meantime Eahora sent a complimentary metal cargo basket. It was at that moment I knew their Customer Service was sound. Weeks later Eahora sent a completely new battery. I’ve been nothing short of highly impressed with the speed, range, and appearance of this bike.; the seat could use better foaming; nonetheless ( This bike is IRREPARABLE).
