Great bike, minor grievances

Love the bike, fast and easy to ride. Battery takes away all range anxiety. Wish pedals were higher, and this bike could definitely benefit from a mid drive system

Juliet 2: Exceptional Range and Speed

My experience with this bike is great so far, and it has performed adequete for Uber Eats and for long range bike riding. I have 400 miles on it and the only really big thing is how easily the tires got flat so I recommend getting new tires or putting flat out on it.

Ebike with Exceptional Capabilities

I got this from a pre-order sale in February and so far it has held up pretty well, as I have been pushing it through hills and Uber Eats deliveries. Outstanding range and speed, was able to clock in a total of 400 miles of mileage. One thing I don't like though is how easily it gets flat. I suggest getting preventive measures or new tires before taking the open road.

First 500 miles

Battery life and ability to climb hills are pretty impressive. Brakes and suspension are also great for my needs.

The only wishes I have are minor - adjustable kickstand so that the bake will not fall when on uneven surface or with a slight breeze. Also wish the pedals were not so low to the ground, pedal strikes when turning.

Certainly an upgrade from my last ebike.

I am very happy with my bike and can’t wait for the weather to change and take it out. The only issue I have is that documentation and instructions could have been more comprehensive and clearer. Fortunately, their Helpdesk is very good at answering questions and very responsive.
